Hi! I’m Hannah DePaul

Are you struggling with an injury that’s holding you back from reaching your endurance goals? Frustrated with performance plateaus season after season? Dealing with a vicious injury cycle that you can’t get out of?

I am here to help you get back to feeling yourself and doing what you love, whether that’s on the road, track, trails, bike, or in the pool.

  • Specialized one-on-one physical therapy for athletes struggling with a pain or injury, and wanting to return to sport, and optimize their health and performance. Telehealth option available.

  • Individualized strength training sessions for endurance athletes targeted to your unique needs and goals for the racing season.

  • In a running performance assessment we will chat about your endurance and strength training programming, fueling, injury history, and current goals. Objective testing and a running gait analysis will be performed to determine areas for improvement. You will receive an individualized strength training program based on your needs and athletic goals. Also, training, fueling, and recovery recommendations will be outlined based on your life and it's unique demands to optimize your health and performance.
